Allow me to introduce myself

This is me...

Well, it's not really me, but this little guy represents the best part of me...this is my youngest son, who will be turning 3 at the end of this summer. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Kathy. I have had the pleasure of working for Krug's Eco-Logic for about a year now. Perhaps you have seen my name scrawled on your invoices (please excuse my handwriting). Until recently, I was working 'behind the scenes'...wrapping soaps, labeling various products and packaging orders. As circumstances change, so have my duties with Eco-Logic, and you will be seeing more of me online (via blog posts, tweets, etc).

I can honestly say that my time with Krug's Eco-Logic has been one of the most rewarding, fulfilling 'jobs' (it's so much more than that...to call it a job just doesn't seem right) that I have had thus far. To work for someone who is so passionate about creating such wonderful natural, handmade products, while at the same time, making every effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and treating customers with so much kindness and respect, is truly inspiring. As I watch this company growing and changing, I am so thankful to have this opportunity, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for Eco-Logic.

So, a little bit about me...hmm. Well, I am a former preschool teacher turned stay at home mom to two wonderful little boys. My oldest will be 7 in a few weeks, and his brother will be 3 before the summer is through. Oh my, how time has flown since I have become a mother. I'm sure some of you can relate. Like the little guy above, I love water. My parents dubbed me a 'water baby' at a very early age (perhaps my love of water has something to do with me being an Aquarian). In particular, I love the ocean...just watching and hearing the waves crash upon the shore, in my book, is one of the greatest joys in life. The ocean has a way of making me feel more centered, more peaceful, and calm. The more I think about it, water in general has this effect on me. A simple shower (something you take for granted until you have young children in the house) with my favorite soap, can be just what the doctor ordered when I'm feeling stressed.
