Change is Good

No matter how we feel about it, life is constantly changing. Some changes are small, everyday events, and go by unnoticed. Other changes are bigger, more challenging and at times, not so pleasant. Like it or not, things are always going to be changing, unless you've found a way to make time stand still (and if you figure that one out, please let me know your secret...I could really use some extra time to get caught up on things).
