

I'm slowly getting back into running. The business + kids have been keeping me so incredibly busy ... usually the only time I have to run is before everyone wakes up - around 5 am. Today, I carved out an hour to do some hills. This of course means I'll be up later working tonight, but it was totally worth it.

Thanks to being coached in college by Steve Spence - one of THE best runners our country has produced, I have a pretty solid idea of how to build myself back up ... slowly.

I've been running now about 3 or 4 times a week - around 3-5 miles each time. Today I did some hills and man did it feel good. Correction: it hurt so good. The only time I actually enjoy pain is during running. I did a loop at a playground ... and took a few quick Instagram snap shots.
