
If you're like millions of Americans, you've made a resolution to get fit, become more healthy, or find some extra time for physical activity.
One very important piece of our day, that many are missing, is a moment to empty our thoughts. You may call it what you'd like - quiet time, meditation, yoga, 'me-time'. We are on the go so much, often we forget to give our mind a little break and time to step back, and just be still (myself included).

I love yoga, and I'm making it a point each day (the morning is just about the only time I can find) to fit in a little yoga and meditation. With two little ones and a business, it sure is difficult to make that time - when they're sleeping is best for me. I go for a run .. and then get into a little yoga, and then I'm ready for my hot cup of coffee!
