This is something I can say I've done once ... and probably won't do this again - though it is YUMMY! It was a solid 3 hour process.
You'll need the following:
2 C Flour ( I used unbleached )
1/3 C water
2 eggs
1 tsp olive oil
touch of sea salt
1. Create crater on counter with flour.
2. Mix wet ingredients and salt together
3. Pour wet ingredients into crater.
4. Gradually mix in the flour into the wet ingredients until fully mixed.
5. Kneed dough for about 10 minutes.
6. Roll dough as thin as possible.
7. Add in the filling (use your favorite recipes/ingredients), or cut it into thin strips using a pasta cutter (or pizza cutter) to make spaghetti.
8. Use a fork to seal the edges of the ravioli.
9. Boil Spaghetti for about 3 minutes, or ravioli for 9.

That looks yummy! I have heard it is a long process and a lot of work.
I love your blog! :)
I LOVE these photos! How'dya get 'em to look so much like polaroids?
I used to make my own pasta, cuz I was wheat free and there wasn't really any pasta I could eat. Now I guess I've gotten lazy with all the wheat free options these days, but homemade was a thousand times better. Thanks for reminding me!
Thanks, SS and S ! It was with my iPhone - an app called "instagram" (free).
Thank you, Emily !
