" I had never used shave oil until I started shaving with a double edged razor 6 weeks ago. I have tried two other products, and this product is much better than the other two. I have oily/dry skin if that makes sense, and the dry skin is more apparent during the winter months. When I first applied the product to my face, I thought that it might be too oily, but the oil lubricated my coarse beard perfectly and the shave was fantastic. After the shave, my face did not feel oily. I then decided to use it as an aftershave to see whether or not it would cause any pimples, but after 15-20 minutes, my face felt better than ever. By the way, I am 42 years old, and I get an occasional zit. My face neither felt oily nor needed any face lotion. It is an excellent product. I was hoping that the lemon would pop a bit more, but on my skin, a lemon scent would be short lived. Please don't get me wrong, I like scent and it has some staying power. If you are looking for a close shave, do yourself a favor and buy this product. "
